USB Hardware Key

SimPCB Lite supports local and network Guardant USB hardware keys for license activation.

  • A local key allows you to run SimPCB Lite only on the computer where the key is physically connected.
  • A network key shares a network license across multiple workstations. All client workstations must be on the same local network as the host computer where the key is connected.

Once the SimPCB Lite installation is complete, connect the USB key to the computer. Wait for the operating system to automatically detect the hardware and install the required drivers.

After the drivers are successfully installed, the Guardant Sign device will appear in your system's Device Manager.
